MY NAME IS RACHEL HOPE SALE, BUT EVERYONE CALLS ME HOPE. I AM A STUDIO ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY MAJOR, AND MY CONCENTRATION IS MEDIA TECHNOLOGY. CURRENTLY, I AM A SECOND SEMESTER JUNIOR.
MY ALL TIME FAVORITE ARTIST IS DAMIAN HIRST; HE PLAYS WITH LIFE AND DEATH CONCEPTS. THOUGH I LIKE PLAYING WITH THAT CONCEPT, I REALLY PUSH FOR INNOVATING IDEAS. ALSO, I WANT TO BRING AWARENESS ABOUT PRESSING SOCIAL ISSUES IN OUR MODERN SOCIETY THROUGH MY ART. BRINGING AWARENESS THOUGH ART PROVIDES A REFRESHING OUTLOOK ON HOW HUMANITY CAN IMROVE ON THEMSELVES, AND HOPEFULLY BRING HARMONY AROUND THE WORLD.
I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN INDIANAPOLIS IN, AND I GREW UP IN WEST LAFAYETTE. THEN EVENTUALLY, MY FAMILY MOVED TO LAFAYETTE, IN. SINCE THEN, I ATTENDED MC CUTCHEON HIGH SCHOOL. AFTER HIGH SCHOOL, I ATTENDED INDIANA WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY. EVENTUALLY, I TRANSFERRED TO PURDUE UNIVERSITY, WHICH I AM FULLY SATISFIED WITH MY ACADEMIC CAREER.
